Two comfortably furnished Sitting Rooms with beams, one with with a woodburner in an inglenook fireplace. TV, DVD and Freeview in the main sitting room.
Kitchen / Dining room with an extendible table to seat up to eight people. Electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. (Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are in an outhouse close to the cottage).

Upstairs:
Bedroom One, a large room with double bed, En-suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two, another large room with double bed and extra single folding bed for eighth person.
Bedroom Three, double room with twin beds.
Bedroom Four with single bed.
Family Bathroom (Two) with bath with detachable shower attachment, WC and washbasin.

Further details outdoors:
Enclosed, well tended 'cottage garden' with barbecue and entertaining area. Outhouse with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and a second outhouse for bicycles, logs etc. Private parking for two cars. Safe parking on the street just outside the cottage which is along a 'no through road'.

A 2 or 3 night break costs 75% of the weekly rate. Available only during Mid & Low Season and at short notice during High Season and School Holidays

A 4 night break costs 85% of the weekly rate

5 nights and over are charged at the full weekly rate.

Costs include heating electricity and bed linen. Payment can be taken by cheque, debit card (preference) or credit card (subject to 2% charge).
