The accommodation is full of character, thanks to exposed beams, and has been laid out in an open plan arrangement. The cottage has its own private patio and visitors can also use the communal, landscaped gardens - ideal for a spot of al fresco dining in the long, summer evenings. There is off-road parking for two cars, and the local shop and pub are just two miles away.

Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Private patio area, use of landscaped communal gardens with two BBQ areas. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.
The Central England / Cotswolds / Warwickshire region
Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone. Once home to William Morris, founder of the Arts and Crafts movement in 1871, this area now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists and crafts people working from studios and shops throughout the area, as well as many fine meals in the plentiful ‘gastro-pubs’ of this popular region.
The Stratford upon Avon / Clifford Chambers area
The village has a Manor House and a Church, both of which can be dated to before the Norman Conquest. The church has links with William Shakespeare, whose uncle gave it the bier that is there to this day. The village is within two miles of Stratford-upon-Avon, making it an idyllic base from which to explore the area. With its striking Tudor architecture, Stratford offers a step-back-in-time to Olde England and, as the home of the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Swan Theatre you can enjoy first-class theatrical productions from internationally acclaimed theatre companies. The Avon runs through Stratford and there are many boat trips to be found, from which you can enjoy the picturesque setting. Other attractions in the area include Warwick Castle, Chipping Campden and the National Trust’s Hidcote Gardens.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
