The living room has a state-of-the-art 42" LCD TV that rises from the rear of the fireplace, satellite television (English Channels) and DVD player.
2 Leather sofas and a dining table with 6 chairs provide adequate seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, dishwasher, American style fridge/ freezer (with ice maker), microwave and cooking island.
The lodge has 2 bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and electronically operated blinds. Centrally heated through and electronic velux windows throughout for summer ventilation.
The double bedroom has an en suite with 2 x wash basins and a shower/ steam room with built in radio.
The second bedroom is a twin room. Each bedroom has adequate wardrobe storage and an LCD television.
The main bathroom has a w/c, wash basin and spa bath with an integrated LCD television at the foot of the bath.

Patio doors at the rear of the room open out onto decking with tables and chairs overlooking the River Avon. There is also a BBQ - perfect for an al fresco dining.
At the front/ side of the property there is adequate parking space for 2 cars.

This property is situated near to the Menzies Welcome Golf Club and therefore suitable for golfers, tourists and general holiday makers including children.
The lodge has a strict no smoking policy and pets are not allowed.
This property is suitable for up to 4 people. The owner is in contact with a number of other property owners and able to reserve additional accommodation if required.
Conditions
Towels and linen are provided.
A pre and post booking cleaning charge is built into the tariff. Mid booking cleaning can be requested, however this is subject to availability and at extra cost.

Warwickshire is know as the Shakespeare’s county and one of the most beautiful counties in England with rolling green hills, and is a part of the Cotswolds.
Warwick has also some of stunning and well preserved medieval castles with the famous Warwick Castle hosting an annual jousting tournament in the summer.
The county has beautiful historic villages and a calm relaxed way of living.
The Stratford upon Avon area
Mostly known as the birth place of William Shakespeare and his home, which is a popular tourist attraction. The town of Stratford on Avon was the Bard’s home town, and you can still visit his house and Anne Hathaway’s cottage as well as the Swan Theatre.
Full architectural pearls, original buildings, churches and museum is a wonderful place to get to know the rich history not only of the town but also the region.

Had a Great short break at river meets lodge. Spacious and well equipped. The family loved sitting in the window and being able to look at the river. Views are gorgeous, just a 2 minute walk over the footbridge to a relaxing river taxi ride into beautiful Stratford. Really peaceful. A very high standard of accommodation in a great location, Ideal for couples and families. Comfortable beds, all the mod cons, what more can we say.
