Five Star self catering in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Yew Tree Cottage is one of two three bedroom holiday cottages superbly situated in a prime location across the river Avon from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre.

The cottage is of a high quality and tastefully decorated with accommodation for up to six people each with outside patio areas looking out over secluded gardens. Set in a delightful location next to the cricket ground the property is within 500m of the RSC Shakespeare Theatre and have direct pedestrian access to the centre of Stratford via the historic tramway. A five-minute walk takes you into the heart of the town and it’s many fine restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Tastefully decorated throughout to the highest standards the cottage provides all the comforts of home right within the doorstep of Shakespeare's home town.

There is a front terrace which catches the morning sun and is a great place to start the day.

The rear south facing patio and private gardens are quiet and secluded providing views across the cricket ground to the famous RSC theatre. The gardens have direct pedestrian access to the town centre which is only a 5 minute stroll.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival including tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a complimentary bottle of wine.

All bedlinen, towels, gas, electricity, hot water and central heating are included in the rental price.

Conditions

20% deposit required at time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.

Balance payment is required 4 weeks before your arrival.

The property will be available from 3:00 on the date of arrival.

We would ask that the property is vacated by 10:00am on the date of departure.

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

With Birmingham International Airport around 45 minutes driving time away you have access to all budget airlines as well as scheduled carriers. For rail links Stratford-upon-Avon station is approx 15 minutes by foot.

Road link access is easy with the M40 only 10 mins by car.

"It's all in the details - some cream in the refrigerator, coffee, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and laundry detergent! I walk in and within a few moments I know that a home was prepared for me. Comfortable beds, linens, all new and crisp. Location, location, location as we say in the US. What a spot! But a few minutes walk to the centre of town, yet off the beaten path, quiet, a place to play (nice yard for the children), study and relax.
