Home description
Situated on the ground floor the apartment is modern, light and airy and is decorated and furnished to a high standard providing comfortable accommodation within very easy reach of the town centre and all its amenities.
Parking is available free of charge to guests. The bedroom comprises double bed with lounge area with digital television and DVD player. Wireless (Wi-Fi) internet access is also available free of charge.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with breakfast bar, cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, cutlery, china and glassware. The bathroom offers bath with shower over, lavatory and wash hand basin.
Outside, Boscote Apartment has a sunny, private decked terrace with table and chairs. It is a wonderful sun trap and allows you the opportunity to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day!
There is full gas central heating throughout and a constant supply of hot water. Towels and bed linen are provided. A welcome pack comprising bacon, eggs, bread, milk, butter and biscuits is provided for each self-catering break of three nights or more. Tea and coffee are provided in the apartment.
The Apartment can accommodate a travel cot or blow up bed for one small child in the lounge area if required. We are happy to take children and pets by prior arrangement (nominal charge for pets).

Boscote Apartment is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon with the wonderful Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Shakespeare's houses all within easy reach. It is also situated just one minutes walk from the beautiful recreation park through which the famous River Avon runs.
At Shakespeare's Birthplace, visitor's can learn all about The Bard's life and works and tour round the houses where he was born and brought up.

By air: The nearest airport is Birmingham International, 26 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. Taxis and buses available.
By train: Direct service to London (no change) Marylebone to Stratford. The apartment is a approx 20 mins walk from the station.

Conditions
Full letting weeks are usually from Friday to Friday but the owner is happy to be flexible depending upon other bookings at the time. Please call or e.mail the owner to discuss your requirements.
Our self-catering accommodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.30am on your departure date. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full balance is required for all bookings with the booking form and final payment is required 6 weeks in advance of the arrival date. Once final payment has been made, this is non-refundable and we strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
The client will be liable for the cost of any damage to the property or breakages which occur during the rental period. We respectfully ask clients to leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Clients will be liable for extra cleaning costs.
The owner reserves the right to adjust prices for available weeks shown without notice.
SHORT BREAKS
Short break prices are 50% of the weekly price for 2 night stays, 60% of the weekly price for 3 night stays, 70% of the weeky cost for 4 night stays and 80% of the weekly price for 5 night stays. Thereafter the full weekly price is charged.
