Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor kingsize double, 1 x ground floor double. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and open fire.
Amenities Gas central heating throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, colour TV, video, DVD player, CD player etc. Small library of DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack of fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Important:: Car parking for 6 hathaway hamlet is on top left hand corner marked no 6. From the car park take the first left stoned path which goes straight for about 35 metres and turns right and then left into a garden leading to a white loose gravel path as you turn left and there is a small wooden gate - the entry to the cottage.
Set in a conservation area, it has abundant scenic walks around. It is superb location fom which to explore Shakespeare's birthplace, Warwick Castle and the Cotswolds.Shop, pub and restaurant 10 mins walk.

Sorry no pets and no smoking. 3 nights or less are 75% of the weekly rent. For 4 nights it is 75% plus one day rent, 5 nights onwards are charged as full week. From 15 October to 15 March there is a heating extras of £45 per week.
