The Central England / Cotswolds / Warwickshire region
We are lucky enough to be surrounded by beautiful countryside, by car you can easily be in the heart of the Cotswolds with character cottages and fine historic buildings,. Whether its scouring the market square of Historic Warwick or searching through the many antique shops in Moreton on the Marsh, to enjoying an outdoor concert with a Champagne Picnic in the grounds of Ragley Hall. By car or train you can be in Birmingham within 40 minutes, giving you fantastic shopping, The National Exhibition Centre, Sea World, The Motorcycle Museum, and plenty more. Oxford and its famous University, Blenheim Palace and Woodstock are also a must, all accessible in less than one hour.
Stratford upon Avon area
Ideally situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Alveston, there are many amenities to suit all ages. Within a two mile radius there are two of Stratfords most prestigious golf courses. The famous river Avon and Shakespeares Theatre, many restaurants offer pre theatre menus of which you will be spoilt for choice. For those interested in Shakespeare there is a guide bus that will show you Ann Hathaways Cottage, Mary Ardens House and Shakespeares Birthplace, or have your lunch or dinner served to you whilst boating down the river Avon. Just over the river the Stratford Leisure centre provides you with outdoor tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, badminton courts and all health and fitness facilities.
