The Central England / Cotswolds / Warwickshire region
The Cotswolds are a beautiful region and the attractions of Warwick Castle, Oxford, Malvern, the Mendips and much more are within easy reach by car or train. Stratford-upon-Avon itself is a great all-season holiday.
Stratford upon Avon area
Stratford upon Avon is a beautiful town and home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre as well as William Shakespeare's birthplace, excellent shopping and other attractions. The great advantage of the apartment is that once parked in the private car park the town can be enjoyed on foot. Note: The Courtyard and Swan Theatres are playing whilst rebuilding work on the main theatre progresses.
The apartment is situated by the tow-path of the Stratford to Birmingham canal and the canal system provides excellent cycling and walking. The canal joins the River Avon just 5 minutes walk away and there are river trips and a beautiful park by the river with plenty to watch and do.
Traditional English breakfast is available at the Grosvenor Hotel just one minute's walk away from 07.30 in the mornings (check times in guest leaflet book) at a cost of £11.95 per person.
How to get there
Ideally situated flat within 5 minutes walking distance of Stratford town centre and easily accessible by road, rail and air and with quiet off-road courtyard parking for up to 2 cars.
Despite its central and level location we are not affected by flooding.
