Jacuzzi Hot Tub just for your cottage, heated all year round, Juliet Cottage has has a south west facing terraced area with patio furniture and level parking for several cars. The entrance has a hallway with coat cupboard, leading you into the large open-plan living/dining-room which is beautifully decorated and co-ordinated. A split stable door leads to an enclosed courtyard at the rear of the cottage.
As you enter the relaxing lounge of Juliet Cottage you will see the feature fire place, with electric log burning stove, the comfortable lounge area has a wall mounted Plasma TV with Free view 2 large leather sofas provide plenty of sitting and relaxing space. One of the sofa's incorporates a sofa bed for additional sleeping. Occasional furniture including side tables and lamp. This attractive lounge is set off by natural light.
The kitchen area has modern fully fitted units and ceramic floor. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle toaster, supply of glasses, plates, cups, pots, pans, cookware, crockery, cutlery, utensils, iron, ironing board etc. the list is endless.... There is also use of a tumble dryer if required.
From the hallway you proceed up the carpeted staircase which is a modern normal width to the upper floor of this lovely cottage where traditional beamed features add to the natural beauty of Juliet Cottage.
From the master Bedroom there is a Juliet Balcony with french door which allow sight of the open views. This room is spacious and light. A comfortable cottage bedroom which has a double bed with feature frame headboard, there are side units with lamps, built in wardrobes, vanity dressing table and chair. Plus a drawer unit.
2nd Bedroom has a single bed with leather headboard a beam ceiling feature.
Family Bathroom with separate shower cubical with electric shower, a bath, plus toilet & sink, tiled walls & tiled floor.

Arden Hill Farm in an elevated position overlooking extensive and stunning countryside, with views extending as far as the Malvern Hills. Just 3 miles north of Stratford and close to several Shakespeare sites, including Mary Arden's house, 1 mile, and the world renowned RSC. In Stratford itself guided bus tours take visitors around the town, and boat trips on the river are popular for sightseeing. Golf, horse riding and gliding are all available locally. A visit to the historic county town of Warwick should not be missed with its magnificent medieval castle, and Kenilworth Castle is only a few miles further. There are many fine gardens and stately homes with National Trust properties including Coughton Court and Charlecote Park, which are within half an hour's drive. Local pubs, inns and restaurants offer meals of high recommendation to suit all tastes. There are a number of wonderful walks around the district and superb shopping facilities, including antiques, crafts and market places.
