"Amazing place for a family birthday party"

Thank you so much to Paul for all his thoughtful touches and provisions on arrival. A fantastic house in a beautiful location, really well-equipped (and I am quite fussy!) the perfect place for my mother-in-law's birthday weekend. The kids loved picking blackberries in the fields and seeing baby deer. Stratford and Warwick castle both with in easy distance.

"Complete chill out in peaceful location with stunning countryside"

We had a lovely relaxing break in Mutton Barn which is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. The views from the barn are fabulous and despite its rural location it is really quick and easy to get to the nearby villages and towns. Stratford is less than 10 minutes away so easy to pop in there in the evening to sample some of the lovely restaurants and cafés. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, even down to baking tins if you should feel the need to bake while on holiday! The owner, Paul, is very helpful and lives nearby should there be any problems. He popped over a couple of times while we were there to check everything was ok but was not the least bit intrusive. We would love to come back another time to chill out at Mutton Barn.

"An amazing home from home..."

A wonderful property, in an outstanding location, great for families and their dogs.
Paul was very informative and always on hand if needed. He even exercised our dog, Kira with his adorable little dog, Molly. We spotted numerous wildlife right outside our door and were lucky enough to have some fabulous weather to enjoy the endless walks in the surrounding areas.
The whole family had an amazing stay at Mutton Barn and we are already booked in for next year!

"Perfect luxurious rural retreat with stunning views."

We booked Mutton Barn as it was the size we needed for our family, it had all the facilities we wanted and we could travel up to Birmingham and back easily for our son's wedding and then have a holiday staying at the barn. The barn was clean and had great kitchen and bathroom facilities. The location was amazing with stunning views, great walks from the barn and easy access by car to Alcester with a great Waitrose and coffee/tea shops. Paul, the owner , was very kind and helpful and near to the barn if there were any problems - which there weren't. The barn had the wow factor and we enjoyed a great week staying there.

"The English country side at its best with accommodation to match."

We took our family away for a week at Mutton Barn. We were 6 adults and two children and we all had plenty of room. Having two lounge areas allows for games, DVD/TV and reading to suit all. The area surrounding the house is marvellous with wonderful views. The house is a treat, comfortable but not precious so you feel at ease. Although very rural Mutton Barn is not too remote...good shops are only 7 minutes away. The area offers many good options for family outings (Warwick Castle is not to be missed!). Altogether we enjoyed a great holiday. Paul is an attentive host who is very keen to please his visitors. Highly recommended.

"Marvellous!!!!!"

We had a fabulous holiday in a home that has everything from a warm homely feel, great views, quiet location, lovely walks, furnished beautifully to an extremely helpful and friendly owner.
I thought I had died and gone to heaven whilst sitting on the bedroom balcony eating my breakfast, watching the deer, green woodpeckers and race horses in training.
A huge thank you Paul!

"Fantastic views, pretty, well-equipped barn conversion with great walks from your doorstep"

Had a lovely holiday. Plenty to visit nearby. Lots of help and advice on local restaurants etc from the owner, Paul.
Never got bored with the wonderful views from the house, which was superb and very light and airy. Plenty of windows to take in the 360 degree views.
