This apartment is in the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon and a perfect base to explore the Shakespeare Country, but is also close to Warwick castle and the Cotswolds. If you just want to relax there are many parks and river walks just outside the door. Stratford also has a abundance of pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Should you decide to eat in, Marks & Spencer food hall is only 1 minutes walk. There is a small canal side garden with the apartment to sit and relax and watch the world go by. Stratford has easy access to the N.E.C Exhibition Centre by car.

The Central England / Cotswolds / Warwickshire region

William Shakespeare's Five beautifully presented houses in and around the town including his Birthplace, and you can also visit his grave in the Holy Trinity Church. Bancroft Gardens are just across the road, and lead to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The town also has a great range of shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. There are also many walks along the River Avon, or you can hire a punt or go on a River Cruise, and the beautiful parks are there if you just want to sit and relax.

Stratford upon Avon area

The new Courtyard Theatre is the main venue in Stratford during the complete transformation of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The Royal Show Ground is only 12 miles by car also in August is the Town and Country Festival both at Stoneleigh Park. The castle at Warwick is only 8 miles to the north and the superb villages of the Cotswolds are only 10 miles to the south. There are lots of walks in and around Stratford-upon-Avon and you can follow the river along the old railway line for miles. The NEC Exhibition Centre is only 25 minutes by car
