"Great little terraced cottage close to the centre of Stratford"

Our family of five (2 patents & kids: 14,13 & 11) stayed a full week at Namsan Cottage in the Old Town of Stratford upon Avon. The house is clean & well-equipped and it provides a great base for exploring the town and beyond. Easy street parking in front of the house (one residents parking permit supplied). Plenty of good pubs & restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

"Home from home in lovely Stratford-upon-Avon"

We had a lovely stay at Namsan Cottage in Stratford-upon-Avon, the cottage is spacious and was everything we hoped it would be. It felt like a home from home - especially as there was butter, bacon & eggs in the fridge waiting for us! All mod cons available, the beds were very comfortable and the hot water held up with 5 girls all taking a shower each morning. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time away in Stratford, it was very convenient for town but benefits from the piece and quiet of the old town. You do need to be fairly skilled at reverse parking but there was no shortage of parking available and the permit provided meant this was not a worry.

"Leuk authentiek huis in gezellige stad"

"Excellent base for the Cotswolds"

Nice house close to the Stratford centre, short walk to the main shops and river with lots of good eating places in town. Our stay was very relaxing mainly due to it being very quiet. We were given a parking pass for our stay and managed to park right outside the property. We were very lucky with the weather and made the most of the very neat and comfortable rear garden. If you are looking for a private house to stay in close to Stratford centre then this is well worth a try. It is more basic than luxury but that is reflected in the price. Very clean and tidy and excellent for families with plenty of gates provided for stairs etc.

"Great little cottage"

What can I say? We will come again next year.

The place is a great starting point for everything in and around Stratford. Everything "Shakespearean" in the town centre of Stratford can easily be reached by foot. The house is fantastically equipped, a complete kitchen with all your cookery heart can wish for. You'll find lots of things for your entertainment needs, also. The beds were comfy and we also had a welcome pack which comes quite handy, especially when you arrive late.

We had a parking permission, something you really need in this town and we found our parking space right in front of our home almost all the time. It is situated in a really nice neighbourhood, quiet and with friendly people all around.

The greeter was very kind and the contact with the owners is easy. Indeed you feel like a welcome guest right from the start when you come here.

"Well-equipped cottage in great location"

We had a lovely week in this cottage that met all of our Christmas needs. It's very well-equipped, we did some Christmas cooking and everything we needed was there. The location is great with an easy walk into Stratford town centre or along the Greenway. I would definitely stay there again.
