The property has two double bedrooms, luxury bathroom and downstairs WC, kitchen with Bosch appliances, lounge and dining area. Outside there is a patio with seating. A parking permit will be provided. Wifi internet access is available.

The property has been awarded a 4 star Quality in Tourism rating by Visit Britain. "An extremely well presented property - it enjoys a very central location in Stratford-upon-Avon yet is surprisingly quiet."

Stratford upon Avon is home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatres, Shakespeare's Birthplace & Harvard House. There are lots of individual shops and restaurants in the town and the railway provides links with Warwick, Birmingham & London

All bookings start at 3pm. The cottage should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Prices include all utility bills. Linen and towels are provided.

Bookings must be made a minimum of a week in advance.

Short breaks are available during low & mid seasons. Prices for short stays are as follows:-

2 night breaks 60% of weekly rate

3 night breaks 70% of weekly rate

4 night breaks 80% of weekly rate

For breaks of 5 nights or more the full weekly rate applies
