Thank you for your review of your stay in our studio apartment, we really appreciate feedback from our guests. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and hope that your difficulty with the sofabed will not deter you from a return visit.
We appreciate that the sofabed requires a certain level of strength but, as you say, there is a certain "knack" and then the mechanism works with you. We attempt to explain the operation in our guest folder and it is usually demonstrated to guests on arrival.
We do hope that leaving the bed open did not detract too much from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
