This sympathetically refurbished property provides contemporary accommodation for up to six people. The first floor of the property comprises three bedrooms - two with double beds and the third with adult size bunk bed. The stylish bathroom has bath with waterfall shower over. Downstairs the contemporary kitchen / dining area is fully equipped with a range of integrated appliances. The dining area seats 6 with door opening onto the enclosed courtyard garden, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine. In addition, there is a separate cosy living room with fire and really comfortable seating for 8. Wi-fi is also available for those choosing not to leave work behind!

The property has a small driveway to the front allowing parking for two cars. Please note that at the time of posting this advert, it is necessary to drive over a small kerb as planning is currently being obtained to install a dropped kerb.

The property has a private courtyard garden laid to gravel and lawn. In the summer it is a real suntrap and an ideal place to relax with a glass of wine.

Further details

Teabags, coffee, sugar and some condiments are provided at the property. Marks & Spencer and Sainsburys food stores can be found in the town centre on Bridge Street and are a 10 minute walk. There is also a large Tesco and further Marks & Spencer food store at the out of town Maybird Centre which is 2 minutes drive away or 10 minute walk, parking is easier at the out of town centre if you are doing a weekly shop.

All bedlinen, towels, gas, electricity, hot water and central heating are included in the rental price but please feel free to ask about our reduced rates for bringing your own linen, towels and tea towels.

Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement at extra cost but may only be kept downstairs and must not be allowed on the furniture.

For special occasions, chocolates, fresh flowers or champagne can be organised for your arrival at extra cost.

"The Perfect Base to Explore Stratford - a real home from home!"

We have just come back from a wonderful stay at this property. It is stylish, clean, comfortable and very well equipped and a lovely short walk along the canal or side streets takes you straight into the bustling centre of Stratford. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the house's pretty bijou garden too. Emma (the house owner) has been a real pleasure to liaise with and there are lots of thoughtful touches around the house - soap, body lotion etc plus truffles and sparking wine on our arrival. We loved our visit and plan to return soon.

"very comfortable.clean.great location.ideal for families."

We stayed in this house for a week.spotlessly clean,everything you need in the kitchen is there,the lounge is very comfortable,the bathroom and shower are ideal.and the bedrooms are brilliant plenty of storage space.the location is great walking distance to loads of places.the back garden is very good to sit out and for children..i would recommend this house to anybody.owner of this house very helpfull

"Some problems"

I am sorry to hear that you experienced some minor problems during your stay. We always take feedback seriously and as such we have looked into the problems. Had we known during your stay about the problems we could have visited and sorted them out for you immediately. We have inspected the property personally and the toilet brush was indeed very slightly rusty under the top and this has been replaced. We could not see that the kettle was leaking and we have not received any guest comments to this effect, however, we have provided a new kettle. With regard to the oven, this is cleaned after each stay and upon inspection it was found to be clean, we can only assume there were a few splashes on the element that were missed. With regard to the cobweb, this was clearly missed by our stand in cleaner and for this we apologise and we have addressed the matter. We hope we have restored your confidence in Number 47 and hope to see you again. Regards

"Excellent property, fantastic location"

We stayed at No. 47 in November and having travelled from France, arriving at the property was most welcome. Very Clean and tidy and everything we would want to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent location both within the UK and within Stratford itself. Walking distance to the town for shops and places to eat (the boys loved going to see 007 at the cinema !). The owner was really nice and very friendly.
Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
