"Great location with lots of space for big parties!"

We had a fabulous weekend away here, great location and ideal for a big party. Hot tub was amazing an added bonus to such a lovely property. Perhaps not as well equipped as you would like so remember to take the basic household items!

Hi Kate

So pleased you had a wonderful time , we love to hear your feedback .
Sorry you didn't feel the property was well equipped? The farmhouse has a tremendous supply of kitchen equipment , pots pans and cutlery plus a selection of DVD's . It doesn't however include cleaning equipment/dish washer tablets as this is usually brought by guests due to being self catering . We do supply a starting supply of toilet rolls. Sorry if you presumed they were supplied.

Hope to see you back at the farmhouse again one day.

Regards

Hi Sam
Lovely to hear you had a wonderful time, that is what we want to hear.

Sorry to read that you had a smell of dogs, we do allow dogs to come on holiday there, and after your comments we will try to better manage this. I will ensure the cleaners use ample deodorisers and air fresheners.

Hope that you return one day for another break.

Hi Lucy, Thank you for taking the trouble to pop a review on and great to hear you had a wonderful time - that is what we strive for.

Good point about the Taxi numbers - I will pop some in the book, thank you.

Sorry we don't offer wifi, we would love to offer this service however BT haven't got their act together with upgrading the wiring to the hamlet so we continue to battle with them - hopefully one day soon this can be provided.

We would love to see you again at The Farmhouse, have a brilliant wedding and wishing the Bride & Groom much happiness.

Kind Regards

Sharon

Hi thank you for your lovely review and so pleased you had a nice time. As you were aware you had a "last minute" break and no hot tub was booked. We were going to offer the tub as a special treat however as the temperature dropped to -7 unfortunately the tub struggled and was out of order. As you can appreciate we cannot predict the great british weather but it did make a beautiful scenic view (and fantastic snowmen). I am so sorry you didnt get chance to read the email sent many days before warning about driving down the lane and the explanation of the tub but i think you had lots of fun and giggles with the snow shovels.
I have just had a lovely email from your friend (3 emails actually) saying how she cant believe what a fantastic break she has had, she is looking to book again so hope to see you soon when you can all come back in warmer weathers and have a dip in the tub.
Many Thanks for choosing the barn for your break.
