"Good value overall"

The apartment was very nice and spacious just enough for 8 people, kitchen equipped with all needed. Very good location.
Only problem we found was the complete lack of hooks and/or similar in the bathroom/shower room which made life frustrating at times.

"Good, large house close to Plymouth seafront"

We stayed for 4 nights whilst taking part in a local sailing event. With 4 large bedrooms there was plenty of space to spread into and the facilities were fine for the 6 adults and one baby in our group - only concern for larger groups is that the lounge / diner was one of the smaller rooms but still worked for us. The lack of parking wasn't really a problem as we paid £25 for a week long ticket at the Elphinstone Car Park on the Barbican which was only a couple of hundred metres away and it was easy enough to pull over next to the house to load and unload. Decor of the house was fine but lacked a bit of charachter (few pictures on the wall and some side lamps would soften massively for very little expenditure). Finally if travelling with small children in the middle of summer I would recommend taking something to help darken the windows at bedtime as the blinds in the larger room did not block out much light.

Overall the house worked very well for us and we would definately book it again, if available, for another visit
