Ideally situated in a quiet residential area with easily available on street car parking. Easy access to the city centre by foot or a regular hoppa bus service. Local shop within 50 yards. Full gas central heating.The city centre is 1.5 miles, over a level walk, or by hoppa bus which stops 50 metres from the property. Also nearby is the Royal William Yard with superb views to Cremyll. A short walk to Stonehouse point with views to sea, parks and the Artillery Towers restaurant.

From the property is access by foot (15 minutes) to the Barbican with its winding streets, restaurants, pubs and art galleries is within a short stroll, while a little further, the renowned National Marine Aquarium provides a great day out. Drake's Circus Mall offers an array of shops to satisfy every shopper's needs, whilst water sports enthusiasts are well catered for at the Mountbatten Centre.
