The views from Northend Cottage are truly breath-taking. Guests can gaze out to sea for as far as the eye can see and listen to the sound of the gulls and waves.
Northend Cottage is a family run holiday home and is available for rent all year round. Our guests usually arrive on a Friday and our bookings are usually for a week at a time, but on occasion and in the low season we can accommodate short breaks.
Northend Cottage has been renovated to provide exceptional accommodation, where original wood floors, exposed stone walls, open fires, antique leather sofas and quality furnishings combined with contemporary touches, give the cottage a certain charm. The sitting room, with it sea views and open fire, is comfortable and stylish and leads to a small sun porch, ideal for sitting and watching the bird life or seals in the bay. The dining room, again with sea views, has a dining table, which comfortably seats six. In the dinning room there is also a sofa bed, which can be used as an overspill for two additional guests. The kitchen, with small breakfasting table, is well equipped and the bathroom has a shower over the roll top bath, ideal for a long soak, whilst upstairs the two generous sized bedrooms, one double & one twin, are bright with pretty decor.
From Northend, a path leads down to the harbour and the shingle beach below and is only a few minutes walk. A short stroll along the cliff top path, (150 yards), will take guests to the Creel Inn, famous for its locally caught lobster and crab and selection of real ales.
