Standing imposingly in its own large garden, the Old Mill has been carefully refurbished to provide 7 floors of cutting edge design against a backdrop of original features. Glass bannisters, steel staircases and granite worktops blend perfectly with red brick, oak floors and the original workings of the old flour mill.
The house brims with character: Beamed ceilings, woodburners, open fires, squishy sofas.
The huge stainless steel and oak kitchen has french doors leading to the large BBQ area and heated swimming pool.
The split level heavily beamed sitting room has the original mill stone as its central feature.
The ground floor of the tower is presented as a formal dining room, whilst overhead, on the first floor, a stunning glass walkway connects the house to the Mill Tower.

The village and the surrounding areas abound with rivers and forests for all types of walking, cycling, fishing and boating.Within 3 miles is the National trust Oxborough Hall which can be reached over a variety of foot trails from the Old Mill.Other local places of interest include Gooderstone water gardens, Boadiceas village, Icenie brewery, Stowe Bardolphs' rare breeds petting farm and High Lodge at Thetford Forest with its excellent line up of Summer concerts, and its well known 'GO APE' extreme adventure trails. The Corn Exchange Theatre in kings Lynn and the Kings Lynn Arts Centre always have an exciting family friendly programme of events. Two excellent Golf Courses, Denver and Swaffham are within 10 minutes drive.
Stoke Ferry is a picturesque West Norfolk village, with pretty traditional chalk and flint houses lining the majority of the village centre. The village has a well stocked corner shop , and an excellent fish and chip shop, as well as a pizza and chinese takeaway, a church and playing fields.
The jewel in the village crown is 'the common', where miles of public walkways run alongside both banks of The River Wissey . The area is both peaceful and magical whether on a frosty Winter's morning or Balmy Summer's evening.
