The accommodation has attractive views over a private courtyard, classic cobbled streets, and the gardens of Stockbridge Village. A comfortable open-plan living room/ kitchen with real wood flooring is freshly decorated in neutral tones. Large windows allow sunlight to flood the room.

The Master bedroom has a double bed but two singles can be provided on request. The Second Bedroom has a double bed and the Living room has a double Sofa-bed.

There is a comfortable sofa and two leather armchairs to relax after a busy day in the city. The kitchen is newly installed area has a double oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware - ideal for those wishing to prepare a meal at home. The bedrooms are generous in size and located away from the street to ensure a quiet night's sleep.

The rooms are furnished with attractive side tables and lamps. Large wardrobes have plenty of hanging and drawer space. The bathroom has the benefit of a bath with a power shower over, wash hand basin and w. c. Water is heated with a newly installed gas boiler. Outside there is a pretty shared garden

The apartment is located at the end of St Stephen Street, at the junction with Clarence Street, It is near The eastern "gateway" into Stockbridge which is marked by the local landmark, St Stephen's Church designed by the architect William Playfair in 1827.

Stockbridge is a located towards the north of the city, originally a village, which now merges gracefully with Edinburgh’s New Town. Stockbridge has been home to many artists and writers over the years, among them the painter Sir Henry Raeburn (1756-1823).

Stockbridge has been the location for many famous movies including “The Prime of “Miss Jean Brodie” and “James Bond” played by Sean Connery.

St.Stephen Street its self a characterfull curving Georgian street with active basements and ground floors, accommodating a series of antique shops, bars and small shops and offices. A small spur on its north side, St Stephen Place, leads to the old Stockbridge Market, whose entrance archway still remains. At the west end of the street there is a Sunday farmer's market with a wide variety of local produce.
