Our lovely maisonette apartment on two levels sits right in the heart of Stirling's Old Town just a short walk to the world famous Stirling Castle close to all amenities, making this an ideal base from which to explore Stirling itself and the surrounding area, full of charm and history with something for everyone, young and old. The apartment is well appointed and provides spacious accommodation. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and large fridge freezer, the lounge is comfortable and gives direct access to the lovely garden and patio, perfect for evening dining or breakfasting. There are four double rooms providing in total sleeping for eight. There is a smaller single room, perfect for bag storage. The hallway is carpeted for extra comfort whilst the rooms feature the original floorboards, varnished upstairs and painted on the entry level. The kitchen has a modern twist with a varnished concrete floor, adding character to the property. Outside, the garden is substantial and has ample seating space.

The train station is a five minute walk giving easy access to Edinburgh and Glasgow whilst for those with a car a visit to The Trossachs national park, the Lake of Mentieth and Callander are a must. Fabulous fishing is available at the Lake and world class water sports are on offer at Loch Lomond, all within easy reach. And for those who wish to savour the increasing delights of local Scottish cuisine tables can be booked at The Cross Keys in Kippen for fine dining in spectacular surroundings. Stirling itself has good dining and cafe options to suit all tastes and budgets.
