The accommodation comprises of one, large open plan living room with French doors; a patio area; garden furniture and a barbecue area; a modern kitchen, equipped to the highest standard; and a washing machine and dryer.
The 2 bedrooms have en-suite facilities and flat screen LCD televisions; both bedrooms have King sized beds (which can be split into two single beds in each room if required) and ample storage space. A foldaway bed is available if required as well as a cot and highchair if requested.
There is gas central heating and wireless broadband connection available throughout the entire property property.

The Central Scotland / Strathclyde / Stirling County region
Stirling does not stand alone; other areas of historic interest are on the doorstep: just a five minute's walk away to the charming village and local pubs of Cambusbarron and five minutes in the opposite direction for Cambuskenneth and its famous Abbey. Wallace’s Monument is a 2 min drive; on the way, stop off and visit the Old Stirling Bridge or the site of the famous Battle of Bannockburn.
The surrounding countryside is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts: walking, cycling and paragliding are all on offer on the nearby Ochil Hills. Slightly further away are The Trossachs, Callander, Loch Lomond National Park, Glasgow and Edinburgh providing, therefore, the ideal central touring base for your holiday.
The Stirling area
Kingsview Apartment is at the very heart of Stirling City centre; a two minute walk to all the attractions within the historic City: the magnificent Castle and rich Scottish heritage centre, the Old City Jail, the Tollbooth, a modern shopping centre, small quaint arcades and several supermarkets.
The historical Bannockburn Heritage Centre is only a 20-minute walk from the city centre and there is also a good selection of both modern and traditional pubs and restaurants in the area. Nick Nairn’s famous cookery school is also a mere 20 minute drive away in nearby Port of Menteith.
Golf being available at every turn: Kings Park’s own course and at least another five within Falkirk district, a 15 min drive away. Slightly further afield are the world famous Gleneagles and St Andrew’s Old Course.
Transport within the area offers excellent links to all areas; Edinburgh and Glasgow (airports) are within one hour’s drive. Stirling also has a good bus/rail network and motorways heading both North, further through Scotland, and South towards England and Wales.

Lovely apartment near Kings Park with parking space. Approx 10 minute walk into the city centre. Easy access to the M9 for getting out and about.
