About the home

Wonderful Villa with tiled floors, white walls & several lovely terraces. The 200ft long garden runs towards the Mediterranean Sea and ends with a large terrace just by the water.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Enjoy a lovely dinner on the lovely terrace or visit one of many fantastic restaurants in Stintino. Go out and enjoy the lovely atmosphere of Sardinia or end your day with a relaxing moment in the moonlight down by the water.

The small coastal village Stintino is located on the North West peninsular of Sardinia approx 50 km north of Alghero.
The tip of the peninsular at Capo Falcone is just around the corner from Stintino. Here you can watch the sun set and enjoy a fantastic dinner in the moonlight with a wonderful view of the calm sea.
The village centre is situated between the two harbors and is in essence a compact network of small residential streets. The two harbors built on the natural inlets are the main points for tourist activity. You will find many restaurants within this area, of course well known for their seafood.
The surroundings of Stintino alter from green fields, white sand beaches, to rocky cliffs rising high above the sea. One of the top beaches, La Pelosa, is located just a few minute drive north of Stintino. You can also take the bus immediately from the villa to the beach.
One kilometer south of Stintino you find the beach Le Saline. This beach has gotten its name from the salt works that once existed there. The salt lagoon often attracts flocks of flamingos. If you prefer a calmer beach you can take a boat trip to one of the nearby islands and have a relaxing moment immediately by the water.
The Sardinian landscape is lovely to drive through. You can find several Agritourismus on the country side where you can stop for a home cooked Italian meal.
If you are looking for great shopping you can easily go to the historic towns Alghero or Sassari. Only a 40 minute drives away.
We love Sardinia and our beautiful house and we believe you will to.

The house is architect designed and well planned with three large and one small bedroom, living area with two sofas and a Mediterranean kitchen with separate utility room. Rustic style with white walls and tiled floors.
Outside there are two large covered terraces for dining and lounging and a large sea front terrace; partly shade covered.

The garden is 200ft and faces the sea.

The Sardinia region

The area is beautiful with a mix of rocks and sandy beaches. Lovely green fields and hills as well as mountains only 40 mins away. The whole countryside is fab to drive in and stop by at an Agriturismo to get home mad food and wine. The historic towns of Alghero and Sassari are only a 40 min drive away.

The Stintino / Tamerici area

Fantastic area for holidaying in, with great waters for swimming, fishing, sailing, diving, and windsurfing. Alternatively you can relax on one of the beautiful beaches and enjoy the sunshine and watch the locals. There are amazing restaurants and nice bars, as well as great local shopping in Alghero or Sassari.
