On one floor, quiet and independent ideal and perfect for people seeking relax, in one of the best location in Stintino just opposite La Pelosa sandy beach. An inner surface of 60 square mt and a 30 square mt of private veranda, bathroom recently renewed with shower. The house is ideal for 4 people, but it can easily accommodate up to 6 people.

The Sardinia region
Stintino is located in the north west corner of Sardinia. It is a picturesque village of 1300 people with two small fisherman ports, born in 1885 when 45 fisherman families moved to mainland from the Asinara island. The Saline and Pelosa beaches are few km away from the village. The second one, with its bright fine sand, it blue water and the beautiful panorama of the Asinara Island, is among the finest of the whole Sardinia and Mediterranean sea. Sardinia offer 300 sunshine days per year and an average temperature that vary from 14°C to 20° C. So that you can experience an incredibly holiday from Easter to October.
The Stintino / Roccaruja area
Territory: Capo Falcone promontory rises on the far Sardinian north-west coast, in front of Asinara, a small island where once there was one of the most important Italian penitentiary and today turned into natural park, known for its beautiful and intact nature and reachable only by boat subject to agreement of Local Port Police.
Just 100 m far from the house there are bar and restaurants, open till night. A small supermarket and tobacconist’s will satisfy your everyday needs.
In Stintino you will be able to buy some of the delicacies of our cuisine and also wonderful objects and jewels made by our experienced artisans. The village offers you all the services useful for your holidays. The seashore is free but there is the possibility to rent beach-umbrellas and deck-chairs. Many activities: boat renting (sail or engine), diving, surfing, horse-riding.
