The Sardinia region
Capo Falcone promontory rises on the far Sardinian north-west coast, in front of Asinara, a small island where once there was one of the most important Italian penitentiary and today turned into natural park, known for its beautiful and intact nature and reachable only by boat subject to agreement of Local Port Police.
Just 1.5 km far from the house there are bar and restaurants, open till night. A small supermarket and tobacconist’s will satisfy your everyday needs. In Stintino you will be able to buy some of the delicacies of our cuisine and also wonderful objects and jewels made by our experienced artisans. The village offers you all the services useful for your holidays. The seashore is free but there is the possibility to rent beach-umbrellas and deck-chairs. Many activities: boat renting (sail or engine), diving, surfing, horse-riding.

Further details indoors: Situated only 5 minute walk away from the fishing village of Stintino, and 4 km from the famous La Pelosa Beach, this recently built luxury apartment offers an exclusive sea view and a private terrace furnished with resin accessories. The house is set on the first and last floor of a small building containing 4 apartments in total, each with own entrance. The lounge with sofa bed opens onto the veranda and has a well equipped open plan kitchen complete with oven and dishwasher as well as a fire place. The night area consists of two large double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a further bathroom with laundry area. The apartment has air conditioning.
