Ground floor, small garden, two verandas, 4 + 2 beds, parking space, (TV and washing machine). It's a very close walk to the gorgeous sea of Pelosa Gulf, one of the most beautiful sea of all Mediterranean, only 700-800 m on foot. In a nice residential complex with a shared garden of Mediterranean maquis. Stintino village is 4 km far from Cape Falcone where my apartment is located and it is connected with a public bus.
From Stintino you can experience a fabulous tour of Asinara Island, once one of the main Italian high security Prison and now a natural reserve where you will find uncontaminated beaches

The Sardinia region
Stintino is located in the Noth West Sardinia and it is a delicious village. Sardinia is the second island in the Mediterranean sea for extension. It is a very ancient island rich in history and legends and everywhere there are traces of human settlements dated from the Neolithic Age. The climate allows to have a very long summer season, from April to November.
Stintino area
La Pelosa is one of the most beautiful beach in all of Sardinia. The residence where the apartment is located is beautifully built in a typical Sardinian style with a garden where kids can play safely. Stintino is a fishing village that remained small through the years, maintainig its original character.
How to get there
Stintino is only 45 minutes driving from Alghero airport and about 2 hours from Olbia airportby car, reachable by some of main flights companies and even low coast companies.Cars can be rented at the Alghero or Olbia Airport. Bus line connecting downtown Stintino to the Area every hour.
