The Sardinia region
Stintino is located in the north west corner of Sardinia. It is a pictoresque village of 1300 people with two small fisherman ports, born in 1885 when 45 fisherman families moved to mainland from the Asinara island. The Saline and Pelosa beaches are few km away from the village. The second one, with its bright fine sand, it blue water and the beautiful panorama of the Asinara Island, is among the finest of the whole Sardinia and Mediterranean sea. Sardinia offer 300 sunshine days per year and an average temperature that vary from 14°C to 20° C. So that you can experience an incredibly holiday from Easter to October.
Stintino area
Stintino rises on the far Sardinian north-west coast, in front of Asinara, a small island where once there was one of the most important Italian penitentiary and today turned into natural park, known for its beautiful and intact nature and reachable only by boat subject to agreement of Local Port Police. The most famous beach is "La Pelosa", with its unique crystalline shallow waters and breathtaking colours.

The lounge opens up onto a very well furnished large veranda where there is a bbq and a stone oven. The first floor boasts a double bedroom with large balcony offering a view over the Asinara Gulf and a second bedroom with bank beds and a third movable bed, bathroom and shower with Sardinian stone finishing.
