Located in a inlet between “Le Saline beach” that gets its name from the nearby salt lakes (Saline) facing an ancient Spanish tower, and the enchanting old fishing village of Stintino, this seafront Villa occupies one of the most beautiful area in the north east cost of Sardinia.
Five double bedrooms facing the pool mean one can make constant use of outdoor space and be continually in contact with nature which is a feature of this Villa where nature is everywhere. The beauty of this space comes from the use of stone, antique wooden doors, old terracotta tiles, and antique in contrast with white wall. The main room is a living room on the ground floor, where antique furniture is used throughout and a piano is in a corner of the room. A large table dominate the kitchen complete furnished with everyday utensils, open on the pool and a bbq area.
From a fascinating billiards room one gains access to four double bedrooms, the first one with fireplace and outdoor fitness area, the second one with fireplace, en suite bathroom with bath tube and shower, and at the end of the corridor “a suite” area with a master bedroom with fire place and private bathroom with shower, and access into another bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for children, with fireplace too. Another bathroom with shower is outside this room. All bathrooms surface of this part of the villa are covered with old precious “cera sarda” tiles. From the living room a staircase leads to a master room with double bed and a single bed, wooden floor, wardrobe, a white marble bathroom, opening to a solarium with a stunning view.
The villa benefits from its own private pool 18mt x 9mt from June till September, and private getty ideal for people seeking relax and high privacy. Private soccer field enjoy the stay of families or group of friends.

The Sardinia region
The enchanting old fishing village of Stintino is developed inside two inlets where two small harbours are situated: the old marina named “Minori” (Sardinian for small) and the new named “Mannu”. It was founded in 1885, designed to accommodate the fishermen who had been ordered by the Government to leave the island of Asinara, to make way for a penal colony.
During the summer season there are many forms of entertainment for the tourists and the locals, and we strongly recommend the Latin Sail Regatta that takes place at the end of August, a boat race with wooden old fisherman boat. The museum of the Tonnara (capture of tuna technique) located on the new harbour is worth a visit. The beaches are the main attraction of Stintino, “La Pelosa Beach” is the most famous and with no doubt one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, facing the island of Asinara with breathtaking crystalline water and very fine white sand. it's difficult to find another place like it in Italy The other beaches in the area that must be visited are “La Pelosetta”, “Le Saline”, “Ezzi Mannu”, and for the lovers of the rocky coastline Capo Falcone is a must.
Stintino / Tamerici area
The main traditional events are the Rural Festival of Saint Isidoro in May, the Tuna Festival in June, the Latin Sail Regatta on the last week-end of August and the Patron celebrations in honour of the Blessed Mary of Defence in September.
For the lovers of sports there is a large range of activities, from diving, sailing and windsurfing to quad bikes, trekking and mountain-biking excursions.
