The Sardinia region
Capo Falcone promontory rises on the far Sardinian north-west coast, in front of Asinara, a small island where once there was one of the most important Italian penitentiary and today turned into natural park, known for its beautiful and intact nature and reachable only by boat subject to agreement of Local Port Police.
Just 1.5 km far from the house there are bar and restaurants, open till night. A small supermarket and tobacconist’s will satisfy your everyday needs. In Stintino you will be able to buy some of the delicacies of our cuisine and also wonderful objects and jewels made by our experienced artisans. The village offers you all the services useful for your holidays. The seashore is free but there is the possibility to rent beach-umbrellas and deck-chairs. The bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds are on the lower ground. In front of the property there is a patio area with garden table and external shower, a few steps lead to the veranda where there is access to the lounge. The property is ideal for 4 people, expecially 2 couple thamks to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each one with shower, but it can easily accommodate 6 adults. The apartment is part of a private terraced residence with 4 twin apartments with own indipendent entrance. Private parking and laundry available. The nearest beach with restaurant, pool and diving facilities is only 400 m away, while some beautiful rocky coves are just 100 mt away.
Further details outdoors: Perfect place to dine al fresco, thanks to the balcony furnished with resin table and chairs with the parfume of Mediterranean maquis.
