The Sardinia region
Capo Falcone promontory rises on the far Sardinian north-west coast, in front of Asinara, a small island where once there was one of the most important Italian penitentiary and today turned into natural park, known for its beautiful and intact nature and reachable only by boat subject to agreement of Local Port Police.
Just 1.5 km far from the house there are bar and restaurants, open till night. A small supermarket and tobacconist’s will satisfy your everyday needs. In Stintino you will be able to buy some of the delicacies of our cuisine and also wonderful objects and jewels made by our experienced artisans. The village offers you all the services useful for your holidays. The seashore is free but there is the possibility to rent beach-umbrellas and deck-chairs.

Further details indoors: Comfortable two-bedrooms flat located on Capo Falcone promontory, in the village Roccaruja, about 50m2 surface. The white seashore of Gabbiano is only 500 m far and only 800 m from Pelosa seashore, one of the most beautiful Mediterranean seashores. For people who love rocky coasts, it is possible to reach the close “Valle della Luna”, a fantastic bay, perfect for snorkeling where visitors can enjoy wonderful sunsets.
The entrance is from a covered veranda the perfect place to relax after a sea-day and to enjoy summer evenings. The living-room opening directly to a large complety covered veranda with a lovely sea view, is provided with a sofa turnable into 2 single beds. The cooking-area is equipped with electrical household appliances, dining-table and cupboard. The house is perfect for 4 people, but it can. In the night-area there is a double-room . The bathroom is provided with shower and washing-machine.
