Our bungalows have been completely renovated and are part of a friendly camp site in the calm of the Kinzig Valley. Near to the ancient market town of Haslach and in the heart of the Black Forest region. Loads to see and do.

The Baden-Wurttemberg / Schwarzwald/Black Forest region
This property is situated on an attractive camp-site in the Kinzig Valley and that is part of the Black Forest, Germany. The camp site is a 15 minute walk from the town of Steinach which has a choice of bars and restaurants. It is also 3km from the historic market town of Haslach and just 32km from Strasbourg and the border with France.
Campingplatz Kinzigtal is a small camp-site with neat grassy areas and trees, set in a peaceful rural haven beside a small stream. There is a friendly bar and oak beamed restaurant, where the chef serves traditional fare at your table. The facilities on site are very clean and well-maintained. Children will enjoy the fun playground and there are also table-tennis tables. Families will be attracted to the adjacent swimming pool complex with its water slide, diving boards and wide sun terraces. The Black Forest region is a very popular area with walkers, cyclists and motor tourists alike.

Steinach area
The Black Forest is an area of outstanding beauty with fast-flowing rivers cutting through wide valleys. One of these valleys is Kinzigtal, after which the camp-site is named. Make sure to take your walking shoes as this region is perfect for either gentle hikes or more strenuous walks.
There are many routes marked wherever you go and its easy to stroll from one pretty village to the next without having to walk along the roadside. A cycle ride along these routes is also very enjoyable but if you prefer to take the car one of the spectacular scenic drives is the Schwarzwaldhochstrasse, which passes close to Steinach. Once you've had your fill of the wonderful scenery, the cities of Freiburg and Strasburg are within easy reach for a day trip.
How to get there
Strassbourg Airport : 50 km, Baden-Baden 60 km.
Means of access: Zip down the A5 motorway east of Strassburg Airport and travel south as far as Lahr. Join the B415 and turn right towards Steinach and Haslach. Go Through Steinach and turn right onto Welschensteinacher Strasse.
The camp-site is on the right next to the Schwimmbad (Swimming Pool).Alternatively travel by train to Offenburg, which lies just north of the Kinzig Valley.
Travel south on the B33/E531 and follow the directions to Steinach. Go Through Steinach and turn right onto Welschensteinacher Strasse.
