The Colorado/Rocky Mountains region
Located in the heart of the Rockies, Steamboat Springs is one of the few resorts that has a historical town and a wonderful modern Ski resort.
Downtown you will find a Western Style town, with delightful old west architecture, many shops and restaurants and easily accessible from via car or the free bus.
Steamboat Springs one of the oldest Ski Resorts in North America that boasts state of the art lifts, lovely tree lined groomed and off piste tracks and is blessed with a terrific snow fall of the famous Champagne Powder. In the last few years Steamboat has had over 500" of snow each season. There is a wonderful kid's program and kids ski free when parents buy a 5 day or more ski pass.
In the Winter expect lots of Sun with plentiful snow, and in the Summer a Dry warm day, with cool evenings and little if no bugs.
Steamboat Springs area
In addition to the least crowded ski mountain in the Rockies, there is Tubing, Skating, X Country Skiing, Sleigh Rides, Snowshoeing, the famous Steamboat Springs -Spring and even tennis.
In the Summer, almost unlimited recreation activities, from fishing, hunting, shooting, hiking, biking, golf, tennis, baseball....
There is even a Rugby field.

From Denver international airport, rent a car and drive to Steamboat Springs (3 hours) Fly to Houston or Dallas and then Direct Flight to Hayden Airport, 20 Minutes from Condo.
Easy car rental available at both airports.
