About the home

First floor has two spacious double bedrooms both with balconies one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet (bedding and towels are available at extra charge). Ground floor living area and kitchen.Sun terraces to front and rear.
The Centre of the village is a short walk with two patisseries, general stores and small restaurants. Beaches can be found a short distance away in Sainte-Maxine and Saint Tropez.

Property is heated by electric wall heaters. The property is only available to "non smokers" and "no pets". A large ceiling fan is situated in the lounge with moveable fans in each bedroom.

Large shared pool area with paddling pool for younger children. The swimming pool and paddling pool is securely fenced and locked at all times. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times in this area.

The Swimming/paddling pool is available May to September. Bed Linen and Towel Hire is available at £10 pp pw.

Conditions

No smoking and no pets allowed. A booking deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required within 14 days with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. You will also be required to include a £150 breakage payment with the balance. CC: contract. The £150 deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your return subject to a satisfactory inventory. Accommodation is available on a weekly or fortnightly basis with occupation running from arrival on Saturday at 1600/4.00pm onwards until Saturday leaving before 10.00am.

An all year round destination. Summers are hot and sunny, ideal for the beach and water sports or simply relaxing by the pool. Spring, autumn and winter are generally sunny although the latter seasons are cooler. Ideal location for those wanting a base from which to tour areas of Provence, the Cote d'Azur, the South of France, the Var and the Gulf of St Tropez and those who simply wish to relax.

Public & private beaches are located around Saint Tropez & Sainte-Maxine,boat trips, marine excursions, regular crossings to Saint Tropez from Sainte-Maxine,walking - many routes around Plan de la Tour and the coasts and hills of Sainte-Maxine and Saint Tropez. Guided tours are also available throughout the year. Details can be obtained from the local tourist office Water sports Sainte Maxine & Saint Tropez. Horse Riding - Sainte Maxine & Plan de la Tour. Tennis - Plan de la Tour has communal tennis courts (tennis rackets required). Cycle hire - Local. Aqua land - Sainte-Maxine. These are just a few ideas. There are numerous museums, carnivals, exhibitions and places of interest to visit. Literature is made available at the property to assist in planning excursions.

The property is approximately an hours driver from Nice airport following signs for Canne & Saint Tropez .Easyjet and Bmibaby offer cheap and regular flights into Nice from various locations within the UK.

Car hire can be booked either via Easyjet or direct with a number off operators at Nice Airport. We would recommend booking prior to arrival to ensure availability.
