Ideal villa for a large family or a group of friends for dream holidays in Provence (sea & sun). Suitable for farniente, cultural or sports holidays (beach, golf, sailing: no more than one mile) and of course night life in Saint-Tropez. All charms of Provence.....

Thematic holidays:
1. We organise PAINTING COURSES WITH A PROFESSIONAL PAINTER upon request; the courses are given at our house to small parties to remain efficient and upon demand we provide the meals. Please contact us for more details.

2. SKI AND SEA. One day ski, one day sea (the closest skis pistes are only 1H15' -1H30' drive).

3. YACHTING: during certain periods we can also organize for you to have a luxurious yacht made available with a skipper or even a smaller boat without skipper. Please contact us for more details.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

With more than 300 days of sunshine a year Sainte-Maxime offers all the charm of Provence while allowing to enjoy the sea, the beach, the nature (Maures mountains), the history of an ancient town but also all facilities that a town which lives the whole year can offer. It is close to Saint -Tropez (16km) by car or boat (regular navettes), Saint Raphael (26 km) or Lagarde-Freinet.

Everybody will find his pleasure : sea, country side , mountains ( the magnificent Massif des Maures and the red Massif de l'Estérel), all sports (all nautical sports, golf, horse riding,....), gastronomy, history, night-life... Finally the inland is as beautiful as the coast ....

Ste Maxime area

Sainte-Maxime is composed of an old part and a more recent one wherein you will find nice restaurants & bars, a nice port and several beaches as well as nice shopping areas.

The town is fantastic for sport and tourist activities and is very close to Saint-Tropez (by car or by boat - navette every 15 ' to 60' depending on the season). In the winter you may be golfing since there are several famous golf resorts in- or close to Sainte-Maxime or be sailing .

Finally Sainte-Maxime is not far from the sky pistes (90 minutes by car only - eg: Isola 2000 or Gréolières des Neiges) so that it is also a very nice destination for a winter break or to spend the year end holidays.

The house is in very good shape and nicely decorated. The heating is electric (very soon reversible air co in the main living area).

The villa itself is divided in an house with 5 bedrooms and a friends apartment with 3 rooms, both being connected to each other.

The villa and the apartment are not rented separately. It contains all required domestic equipment. It has a small but nice sea view from the top floor.

Further details outdoors:
Beside the swimming pool which is very large (16mx7m) there is a pool house with a summer kitchen (including a BBQ).

The garden (6000m²) is very nice.The garden is full of flowers (lauriers, e.t.c.), various plants and giant pin trees.Nice to the large swimming pool and for the winter, there will be as from Feb.

2009 a smaller one (7mx4m but with a system of "nage à contre-courant") which will be heated upon demand. Two bicycles may be made available under certain conditions.

Conditions

For long stays a discount may be granted at the owner's discretion.Shorter breaks may be considered depending on the period.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.

Special pricing applies for the last week of December and the first week of January and some weeks of March, April and May (holidays period) for which special prices apply. Discount may be granted as from 2 weeks rent at the discretion of the owner (depending on the week, up to 10/15%).

We rent the property as a whole.

Rent is payable as follows : 25% to 50% (depending on the season) is payable at the reservation; the balance on remittance of the keys.

A guarantee of 1500 EUR (or more depending length of the stay) is payable at the beginning of the rental period.

The price does not include the linen or the towels which may be rented from the Domaine des pins. Depending on the season an additional fee may be charged for the heating.
