First, you will be amazed by a 180° view on the St Tropez gulf, including the village of St Tropez. You will also enjoy by a quiet environment, as the villa is at the end of a one-way road and without any vis-à-vis.
You will appreciate to walk down the beach. Just 800 meters from the villa. The village of Ste Maxime is also very near (2 kms away)
The villa “L’Heure Bleue” has kept the authentic character of vacation houses by the sea, with its 2 bedrooms, its mezzanine, its 2 bathrooms and its living-room with chimney. Outside you will enjoy to walk in the garden (4000 m²), to play in the private swimming-pool (8 m x 4 m), to relax on the wide sunny terraces.
An outside shower will enable you to have an amazing shower with the great view on the Mediterrannean sea (unforgetable) . Your friends and children will also enjoy playing the table tennis and cooking on the BBQ. Meeting everyone's expectations, "L’ Heure Bleue”" offers:

French Riviera is well known allover the world to benefit from great weather all around the year. The biggest and most popular attractions are the city of Nice and the surrounding small villages in the mountains. Monte Carlo is also very near with its jet-set lifestule, casinos, great restaurants and lot of animations all over the year. On the West side of the Riviera is the village of Vence: very traditional style with an old tradition for parfume industry.
Ste Maxime area
Ste Maxime is located in a special area with less inhabitants than the crowded Nice area. It's certainly a great place for hikers, cyclers, even hunters ...
Ste Maxime is a nice village (around 8000 people) with its daily Food market, beaches, harbour, cafes., restaurants, movies.. It's big enough to have all facilities and still some to offer the best taste of Provence way of life !
The well-known and shiny St Tropez village is at the other side of the gulf. Easy to reach with the shuttle boat from the centre of Ste Maxime (just 20 minutes, ant it works until late at night)
A great choice of golf courses are around the St Tropez Gulf.

0h40 away from St Raphael (Var) and the TGV station 1h00 from Nice International Airport (F) 1 h30 from Marseille airport (low cost terminal with ryanair...) 1h15 Southbound Aix-en-Provence with the A7 Highway.

Indeed we had a great time! Your house is nice and comfortable. The view over the bay of St Tropez is amazing. My husband’s reaction was: wat does a person want more in his life?
We enjoyed the terraces, the pool, the table tennis table, the BBQ, all of them. With our children and my mother we played golf at the Golf of Ste Maxime and Beauvallon. My husband cycled every day. We strolled through Ste Maxime and visited St Tropez by taxi-boat. Very crowded in St Tropez.
