Very nice holiday villa with beautiful seaviews. There are 4 bedrooms and a large terrace with pool. The villa lies in a secured domaine at just a few minutes away from the beach.
This villa is a perfect holiday home, except for one bedroom all the other rooms are on the garden level. The kitchen and living room have large windows opening on the terrace from where you have a panoramic view over sea.
This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feels really homely. It is furnished to a highest standard in a contemporary but cosy style, with a comfortable and luxury furnishing.
With loads of space both inside and outside the property, you will have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
The Var is a beautiful region with lovely provençal villages to visit as Lorgues, Fayence, Seillans and many more. Ofcourse from Sainte Maxime it's only 15 km to Saint Tropez. We do advise in summer to take the ferry to Saint Tropez to avoid traffic.
Ofcourse you are very close to the ceter of Sainte Maxime, this lively village with many restaurants, bars, shops and beaches offers for all ages much comfort and pleasure.
If you lie to visit a typical provencal village, the you will ove Roquebrune sur Argens, this village lies only about 20 mn from Sainte Maxime. You can drive all alng trhe coastal road uptill Cannes however in july and august these roads are very busy.
Ste Maxime / La Nartelle area
The villa lies between the lovely village of Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime. Both have beautiful sandy beaches with many beachclubs, ofcourse there are also public beachs. In summer there is a daily evening market in les Issambres as well as Sainte Maxime.
Other villages like Roquebrune, Fréjus and Saint Raphaël are nearby. The domaine where the villa lies is very beautiful and green, it offers splendid views over sea and the domaine itself is great for walks.
The beaches are very close, one of our favourite beaches is "Henri Plage" at just 5 minutes (car) from the villa.

Coming from Nice Airport it's best to rent a car. Ask us for assistance!
