The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
The Var is a beautiful region with lovely provençal villages to visit as Lorgues, Fayence, Seillans and many more. Ofcourse from Sainte Maxime it's only 15 km to Saint Tropez. We do advise in summer to take the ferry to Saint Tropez to avoid traffic.
From the villa it's just 1 km to the lovely coastal village of Les Issambres with restaurants, beach clubs and other shopping facilities.
Roquebrune, an authentique provencal village is about 7 km from the villa. The attractive thing about this area is that you can do both: enjoying the beach and visit the rural country side.
Ste Maxime / Col du Bougnon area
The villa lies between the lovely village of Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime. Both have beautiful sandy beaches with many beachclubs, ofcourse there are also public beachs. In summer there is a daily evening market in les Issambres as well as Sainte Maxime.
Other villages like Roquebrune, Fréjus and Saint Raphaël are nearby.
At just 3 minutes walking distance from the villa there is a small supermarket and bakery. The village of Les Issambres is only 1 km away with restaurants, shops and supermarket.
For more shopping you can go to the centre of Sainte Maxime which is 7 km away from the villa.

Take motorway A8 direction Aix en Provence and take excit Fréjus.

Further details indoors: You enter the property by a large gate and you are directly on the very nice "square" wth beautiful trees (Platanes). By the main door you etre the large dining with kitchen. A few steps lower is the living with fireplace and TV.
On this same level there is a shower room with toilet. On the 1st floor you'll find the first bedroom with double bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.Toilet.
Another few steps to come to the 3rd bedroom with double bed as well as the 4th bedroom also with doublebed. Bathroom and toilet.
Outside the villa with separate entrance there is a studio with double bed.
All bedrooms have airconditioning except for the studio.
Further details outdoors: Eventhough the villa is very nice decorated, in summer you will spend most time near the pool. You will be amazed how big this terrace is! There are many sunbeds, dining seats and a nice bar for drinks.

A security deposit is required as well as € 150 for the end cleaning.
