St Maxime Park is an exclusive development of provencal houses and apartments. Our apartment is in a quiet location with magical views of the garden and pine trees. The apartment is bright and airy and has french and patio doors leading directly onto the terrace and private garden from the lounge and bedroom. The garden is landscaped, sheltered and very private enjoying sun all day. Every property on St Maxime Parc pays management fees to keep the pool, changing areas and all gardens in excellent condition.The pools and gardens will always look fabulous
This is our second home, a place to unwind and relax in the sun with the smell of pine trees which surround the apartment. A 20 minute walk takes you to the village, the port, the beaches. However, just outside the park you will find a boulangerie, a few supermarkets and five minutes away their is an Aqua Park. An ideal location to explore inland Provence and the coast of Cote dAzur.

Outside: Beautiful landscaped private garden leading onto communal grounds. Every property in Saint-Maxime Parc must pay management fees in order to keep the pool, changing area and all gardens in excellent condition. Security is also on the site with gated drive. Cycle path to the beach and village. Pool is open 15 May - 15 October.
Accessibilty: Although the main road into town is flat, there is a short steep drive leading to the domain. The apartment is accessed via external steps leading down to the entrance. A designated parking place can be found directly opposite the apartment.
Coast/Beach: There is a beautiful port, situated in the centre of town, two minutes walk from the shops. Regular crossings to Saint-Tropez and other marine excursions operate to the Islands of Hyeres, Port Cros, Porquerolles and the Island of Lerins, with a possible stop at Cannes. Between Easter and September there is a boat trip and tourist train to Port-Grimaud and the old town of Grimaud.
Golf: The Sainte-Maxime golf club is located facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and lies within 5km of the apartment. The 18 hole course stretches over 65 hectares and offers panoramic views of the bay of Saint-Tropez.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region
Sainte-Maxime is a charming seaside town on the Cote d'Azur(gulf of St Tropez). It benefits from over 300 days of sunshine per year. The climate is mild in winter and warm and airy in the summer (27 C on average) with a water temperature between 20 C and 27 C. Walking through paved and cobbled streets you will discover shady squares,provencal markets, an 18th century church with it's campanile bell tower and shops selling local wine and olives and a few boutiques selling traditional provencal gifts.
There is a lovely port, situated in the centre of the town, 2 minutes walk from the shops and holds in its 2 harbours, public and provate, 766 pleasure boats. Regular crossings to Saint-Tropez and other marine excursions are available. Between Easter and September there is a boat trip and a little tourist train to Port-Grimaud. There are boat trips to the Islands of Hyeres, Port Cros. Brand New Apartment available from May 2008.
Sainte-Maxime is very faithful to its traditions. It has a programme of festivals which are:
1st May - A folklore festival centred around the prettiest and most well behaved little girls in a horse driven carriage
15th and 16th May - Procession in the town decorated in blue and white.
24th June - Festival of the Saint-Jean. The longest day of the year with a lamp light procession, a bonfire on the beach and a wonderful firework display
Mid November - Festival of Oil and of Olives where there is olive picking and grinding the olives at the mill.
