The unique thing about this villa, is that you have a bautiful seaview while you are only 300 metes away from the beach! The villa is luxury decorated and in excellent shape. What is great about this area is that it's very green and calm and yet very close to where it's all happening! In Sainte Maxime there is an evening market throughout the summer.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region
The Var is a beautiful region with lovely provençal villages to visit as Lorgues, Fayence, Seillans and many more. Ofcourse from Sainte Maxime it's only 15 km to Saint Tropez. We do advise in summer to take the ferry to Saint Tropez to avoid traffic.
Ste Maxime / La Nartelle area
Sainte Maxime is a very nice village, the croisette in front of the port is very lively with nice bars, restaurants and shops. The little streets in the back are very provençal and here you find more restaurants and shops. Sainte Maxime also has many beaches and great beach clubs. Excellent for families, you can let the childeren play on the beach while enjoying a great lunch! Sainte Maxime also has a family waterpark.

Coming from Nice Airport it's best to rent a car. Ask us for assistance! From Nice airport to Sainte Maxime is 80 km. We'll send you directions and someone will meet you at an easy to find meetingpoint to guide you to the villa.

A 2000€ security deposit is required. On the day of departure (when no damage is done) the deposit will be refunded. Linen ad towel packages are 25€ per person. The beds are all made upon arrival. There is a 150€ for the endcleaning.
