When you arrive and open the patio doors leading out to the landscaped garden you will love the view overlooking the vineyards. It is so beautiful! You can almost touch the peacefulness. The vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see. The bedrooms have patiodoors which lead onto the roof terrace. You can gaze at the stars, but they're impossible to count! It's also worth getting up to watch the fantastic sun rises. The sea is close enough to catch a glimpse from the roof terrace.
The house is in the Green Village complex and boarders Le Roc Golf Course. There are several golf courses in the area. A riding school is also within walking distance. There are cycle paths down to St. Aygulf and the coast.

You will love the variety and beauty of the area. Forrests and valleys, creeks and cliffs at the seaside contrast with the vineyards.Recommend wine-tasting and tour at the neighbouring Domain de Plain - grapes grown at the bottom of our garden. You can walk back which is an advantage! Short drive to St. Raphael, Frejus, Cannes, St. Maxime, St. Tropez. Many local markets in the surrounding villages. Cycle paths to the beach and Roquebrune sur Argens. Rambling in the surrounding forrests or climbing and hiking in the Blavet gorges.
There are several first class golf clubs in a short radius of the house. It will take you just 2 minutes to walk over to the first tee of Le Roc Golf Club.
Ste Maxime / Roquebrune sur Argens area
Roquebrune sur Argens dates back to the middle ages. You will love roaming around its cobbled streets and visiting its art galleries, restaurants and bars. Tourists are welcome to take part in the festivals celebrating music dance and history. These small villages can be quite noisy long into the wee small hours, especially during the festivals.You can then appreciate returing to the calm of the vineyards at Green Village. You can, if you are awake,watch the sunrise and do some bird watching from the roof terrace. Some neighbours have told that they have spotted some rare species!

Further details indoors: The house is built in 2003 and is well equipped for easy holiday living. There are tiled ceramic floors throughout. A lovely 2-storey semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms (one double bed and 2 single beds). Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and we have now installed airconditioning and warm air heating system in the bedrooms and lounge. There is a fully tiled room with shower, toilet, wash basin and washingmachine upstairs. Lounge/dining room and separate kitchen, toilet and walk in closet with extra fridge/freezer on the groundfloor. It is located on the edge of the Green Village complex and has one of the best locations on the site with fantastic views over the vineyards. There is parking outside the house and guest parking at the entrance of the complex. You need to know the code to enter the complex. Baby cot can be rented.
Further details outdoors: There are lots of attractions in the area. It is an excellent base to explore the coast - Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St. Tropez. It is a lovely retreat when you have had enough of the hustle and bustle of the Cote d'Azur.
There are watersports centres and public tenniscourts nearby . There are several golf course in the area. It lies between the villages Roquebrune-sur-Argens and St. Aygulf, where there are several restaurants, bars, bakers grocers, and butchers.
Plenty of local markets where Provence wears are sold.
Further details
Swimming pool in use from May to October. Bicycles can be hired from shop in Roquebrune-sur-Argens. In the high season the baker's van comes about 9.30 am to sell freshly baked croissants and bread at the entrance of the complex. We have beach mats and sunshades for the beach so you don't need to bring them with you.
Conditions
You will be met by our onsite representative who will show you around the house and give your key. A deposit of 400 euros will be paid directly to her on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure when you return the key. Any damages or breakages will be deducted. No smoking inside. Changeover day is Saturday in high season. Rental of towels and linen included in the cleaning charge.

25% deposit charge to be paid within one week of booking. Deposit is non-refundable unless a family which the owner can accept can overtake the rental. Rest to be paid within 6 weeks before arrival.
Refundable 400 Euros (cash) security deposit required on arrival. Paid locally on collection of key. Refundable on departure when keys are returned. Any breakages or damages will be deducted.
We can accept payments bank transfer in Euros.
