When you arrive and open the patio doors leading out to the landscaped garden you will love the view overlooking the vineyards. It is so beautiful! You can almost touch the peacefulness. The vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see. The bedrooms have patiodoors which lead onto the roof terrace. You can gaze at the stars, but they're impossible to count! It's also worth getting up to watch the fantastic sun rises. The sea is close enough to catch a glimpse from the roof terrace.
The house is in the Green Village complex which boarders the Golf de Roquebrune golfcourse. The course has recently been reopened as an 18-hole course after considerable improvements. It is a beautiful, challenging course for amateurs and professionals alike.There are several golf courses in the area for you to choose from. A riding school is within walking distance. There are cycle paths down to St. Aygulf and the coast. Hire bikes from the local village Roquebrune-sur-Argens where you will also find restaurants to suit every taste.

The house is well equipped for easy holiday living with all the mod cons including airconditioning in the bedrooms and lounge, internett access, dishwasher, washing machine. It is a 2-storey semi-detached house with 2 bedrooms (one double bed and 2 single beds). There is a fully tiled room with shower, toilet, wash basin and washingmachine upstairs.
Lounge/dining room and separate kitchen, toilet and walk in closet with extra fridge/freezer on the groundfloor.
It is an ideal house for couples and families.

There is parking outside the house and guest parking at the entrance of the complex. (The area has a security gate which is opened with a code).
It is located on the edge of the Green Village complex and has one of the best locations on the site with fantastic views over the vineyards. Sea "glimpse" from the roof terrace. The garden is landscaped and there is plenty of room for relaxing, eating and winding down after a day at the beach or travelling around in the magnificent area.
The pool is about 1 minute walk from the house. The golf course is about 3 minutes walk from the house.

In the high season the baker's van comes about 9.30 am to sell freshly baked croissants and bread at the entrance of the complex.
We have beach mats and sunshades for the beach so you don't need to bring them with you.
Conditions
You will be met by our onsite representative who will show you around the house and give your key. A deposit of 400 euros must be paid directly to her on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure when you return the key. Any damages or breakages will be deducted.
No smoking inside.
Changeover day is Saturday in high season.
Cleaning on departure included in the rental. Towels and linen provided - included in the rental.
The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region


You will love the variety and beauty of the area. Forrests and valleys, creeks and cliffs at the seaside contrast with the vineyards.
Try wine-tasting and tour at the neighbouring Domain de Plain - grapes grown at the bottom of our garden. You can walk back which is an advantage!
Short drive to St. Raphael, Frejus, Cannes, St. Maxime, St. Tropez. Good shopping and casino at St. Raphael with a beach on hand for those who prefer to be by the sea. Spend the evening at Port de Frejus or visit the Roman ruins at Frejus. There are also fun fairs, go-carts and water park at Frejus. Cannes is busy but always popular with the shoppers and many museums and galleries to visit. Recommend that you return by the coastal route around dusk - the sun setting on the beautiful orange clliffs is a site worth seeing.
Many local markets in the surrounding villages. Saint Tropez market is on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Would recommend that you take the ferry though in order to avoid sitting in a traffic jam. Cycle paths to the beaches and Roquebrune sur Argens. You can rent bicycles from Roquebrune.
Our guests agree with us that the beaches at St Aygulf are very family friendly with beautiful sands and clean water. We recommend the beach restaurants by the St Aygulf hotel for lunch.
There are several first class golf clubs in a short radius of the house. It will take you just 3 minutes to walk over to the first tee of Golf de Roquebrune.
For a day trip we highly recommend visiting the Grand Canyon where you can do rafting or just enjoy the beauty of the countryside and stopping off at some of the small villages on the way.
Monte Carlo and Monaco are another must if you haven't been there. Eze is a lovely little village on the coast between Monaco and Nice which you should see if you drive that route.

The Ste Maxime / Roquebrune sur Argens area
Roquebrune sur Argens dates back to the middle ages. You will love roaming around its cobbled streets and visiting its art galleries, restaurants and bars.
These small villages can be quite noisy long into the wee small hours, especially during the festivals.You can then appreciate returing to the calm of the vineyards at Green Village. You can, if you are awake,watch the sunrise and do some bird watching from the roof terrace. Some neighbours have told that they have spotted some rare species!
Saint Maxime is a lovely small town with good shops and an excellent indoor food market. You can take the ferry either from Saint Maxime or Les Issambres to St. Tropez which is recommended especially during the summer months.
There are some fantastic restaurants around. The nearest is at the Le Z - Golf de Roquebrune golf club. Roquebrune-sur-Argens have many which offer the typical provence cooking.
There is fishing farm very close to us where you can fish trout.

25% deposit charge to be paid within one week of booking. Deposit is non-refundable unless a family which the owner can accept can overtake the rental. Rest to be paid within 6 weeks before arrival. We can accept payment by bank transfer in Euros.
Breakage/damage deposit 400 euros to be paid in cash on arrival when you collect the key. Refunded on departure when key is returned. (Breakages and damages will be deducted.)
