House | 3 bedrooms | sleeps 6
Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa in Sainte-Maxime with Shared Pool.
We invite you to stay in our beautiful air conditioned, 3 bedroomed and 2 bathroomed family house which sleeps up to 6 people (plus cot).
The main double bedroom comprises of an en-suite shower room with basin and WC and double doors leading onto the large south westerly facing terrace. Wake up in the mornings to a sun drenched view of the rooftops and stunning scenery over beautiful Sainte-Maxime. Have breakfast on the terrace in the sun every morning!
There is a second double bedroom and a twin room with 2 single beds, both of which share a family bathroom, with bath (with shower above) and basin, and a separate WC. Washing machine also housed in the family bathroom. A travel cot (complete with bedding provided) is available for those bringing small children or a baby plus a bed guard if needed.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen: there is a full sized refrigerator (with freezer), electric hob and oven, dishwasher plus microwave. If you are bringing young children there is a booster seat and children's cutlery/crockery provided.
The dining area is equipped with a large wooden table with chairs and the living room has a large L-shaped sofa, wall-mounted flat screen TV complete with DVD player, Sky HD and International Freesat. Free Wifi is also provided and English books, DVDs and games are available. There is a docking station (c/w speakers) for your iPod plus a Sony PS2 with a small selection of games.
There is reversible air conditioning in the open planned dining/living room which offers a welcomed relief from the Mediterranean sun.
A separate WC is also located on the ground floor.
To fully relax there are sliding patio doors which lead onto the covered patio (with electric canopy) and into the shady garden, where there is another table and chairs with a BBQ for alfresco dining. The 20 metre (approx) pool is just 50 metres away - sun loungers are provided free of charge and it is surrounded by a secure/gated fence with access limited to those with a key-fob. The pool is open from the 1st of May through to the 30th of September and there are some small steps leading into the shallow end catering for smaller guests!
Within the grounds of the domain is a shaded forest area which is safe for children to explore as it is also fenced off and access is only permitted to residents with the access fobs.
The house is just 1500m away from the town centre, beaches and restaurants which is easily accessible by foot (20 minute walk) or by the inexpensive electric bus service that stops just 200 metres from the house.
The property is available throughout the year and for those cooler winter months, the downstairs living/dining area is heated by the reversible air conditioning unit plus all bedrooms have individual electric heaters.

"The house is beautiful, well situated and equipped with all you need."
We stayed two weeks and had a wonderful time. The house is lovely and contains all you need for a perfect holiday. It is clean, well furnished and has all you require to cook at home together with wide screen TV if you want a quiet evening in. The house is in a quiet secure area but within easy walking distance of the town centre. There is a very tempting swimming pool which we were too early in the year to use (opens 1st May). You are within easy distance of St Tropez, across the bay, which you can reach either by car or ferry (ferry is ideal as it adds to the charm of the trip). Port Grimaud and the village of Grimaud are well worth a visit and only a very short drive - about 15/20 minutes. We also went to Monaco, which was stunning, but it took quite some time to get there. The Palace is well worth a visit. Ste Maxime is a lovely town with restaurants on the front and quaint little shops all along the back streets. The Friday market is well worth a wander round. There is a large marina with some scrumptious boats. Plus, of course, there are the beaches. Would definitely go back.
