The property is located in a quiet setting overlooking a beautiful 18-hole golf course. The interior is very spacious and light with an en-suite double bedroom downstairs with patio doors giving access out to the garden. There is also a separate W.C., living area and open kitchen. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, a shower room and a separate W.C.
From the living area you can step out into the patio where a dining table and chairs are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining. Our garden is quiet and private with views to the golf course and the bay of St Tropez. We provide sun loungers for you to sunbathe by the private swimming pool (8*4m) between relaxing swims.
10 minutes away from Sainte Maxime gives you access to all amentities including the weekly market of fresh local produce. Enjoy the various traditional festivals which take place throughout the year and take the 15 minute boat across to St Tropez to enjoy the world famous shops located in the little cobbled streets.
Ideal setting for both summer and winter breaks with many wonderful restaurants in the location open all year. Golf is available all year at the golf course.

You will love the variety and beauty of the area. Forests and valleys, creeks and cliffs as the seaside contrast with the vineyards. Many local markets in the surrounding villages. All watersports available and rambling in the surrounding forests or climbing and hiking in the Blavet gorges. There are many beautiful golf courses in the region to challenge the experienced golfer as well as those catering for the less experienced!
Ste Maxime / Les Haut du Golf area
Sainte Maxime is a Mediterranean seaside town located 5 km north of St Tropez, across the Gulf of St Tropez; 15 km southwest of Fréjus. The town is well situated, with white sandy beaches along the coast, and the forested hills of the Maures providing protection from the winds and wonderful areas for walking and hiking. Sainte Maxime is a dynamic town, with a large and very friendly local community. Some of the medieval aspects of Sainte Maxime have been retained. The town hall (mairie) is still visibly a 15th-c chateau, and the defensive Tour Carrée dates from the 16th century.

Boat Boat service from Ste Maxime crosses the bay to St Tropez. From St Tropez you can get boats further southwest, including Cavalaire-sur-Mer and Le Lavandou. From Cavalaire or Le Lavandou there are boats to the Iles d'Hyeres. From Ste Maxime you can also get a boat northeast to Cannes.
Just about every kind of sport you can imagine (excepting winter sports) is available here. The seaside provides everything from swimming and sailing to scuba diving and water skiing. The surrounding hills provide walking and hiking trails, mountain biking and horseback riding. There's a clay pigeon shooting place north of the town, and of course tennis and several golf courses.
How to get there
The property is approximately an hour's drive (80 km) from Nice airport following signs for Cannes & Saint Tropez.
Easyjet and Bmibaby offer cheap and regular flights into Nice from various locations within the UK.
Car hire can be booked either via Easyjet or direct with a number of operators at Nice Airport. We would recommend booking prior to arrival to ensure availability.
