Nice shows the influence of years as a world-class resort with its famous Promenade des Anglais and the city offers a real taste of France with its amazing bouillabaisse.
Ste Maxime / Roquebrune sur Argens area
The house by the golf course is on a hill overlooking the Bay of St. Tropez. 2.5 kms away is the town of Sainte Maxime which is well supplied with restaurants, shops and a market selling local produce in centre of the the town. The town is a busy but relaxed town with a 'village' atmosphere. There are frequent ferry rides across the bay to St. Tropez and boat trips to Cannes etc. Cannes and Niece are very cosmopolitan and easily reached. As well as the excellent shopping in St. Maxime there are other large stores 2kms from the house.
La Nartelle Plage is 2.5 kms away and provides beautiful sandy beaches (both public and private) and restaurants. There is a large marina in the town with boat hire and tuition available.
There is also a Barriere Casino for the gam,blers! The best restaurant in town is 'La Reserve' (booking essential) but there are many more for all tastes. Parking is cheap in the town centre and everything is within walking distance.

Further details indoors: The house is situated in a gated complex by Sainte Maxime golf course. The ground floor comprises of a deep freeze and washing room together with a double garage with inside steps to the second floor. Here you will find a delightful light and airy living-dining room with luxury fittings and sofa bed and well equipped american kitchen. Two french windows on to a large sunny balcony overlooking the 1st fairway and 6th and 7th greens and distant views of the sea. Shower/toilet room off the hall.
The 3rd floor comprises 2 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with twin beds and another with a large double bed. You will also find a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
Bath towels are provided.
Further details outdoors: Outside there is a communal pool and tennis court. The golf course is within very easy walking distance and the club house has a bar and restaurant.
