About the home

Suitable for all year round holidays. South facing modern house. Can be subdivided for privacy and peace for multiple family groups into (a) one bedroom apartment with kitchenette, plus (b) a large two bedroom apartment with lounge/kitchenette. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms. Third, with airconditioning unit and views of St Tropez, has w.c.. Well maintained garden with stream & multitude of fruit trees & bushes. Plus seasonal veg at most times of year! Immaculate SALT water pool 12x6M (Depth 1.6-1.8m).
Close to sandy and very clean La Croisette beach & tennis club. Beach faces St Tropez. Quiet residential area.
Full sized snooker table can be used by prior arrangement, but damage deposit payable.
Linen hire possible by prior arrangement at supplement. Cleaning and shopping services at supplement.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

Close to hilltop villages of Grimaud and Gassin. Cannes one hour. Monaco 90 mins. St Tropez 25 mins by road. Shuttle boats also available to St Tropez - 15 minute journey to St Tropez and Port Grimaud from town centre (30 minute walk).

The Ste Maxime / Croisette area

Quaint town centre with many reasonably priced restaurants and shops. Very clean town. Not rowdy as area attracts families and couples. Ste Maxime has a casino. Regular sea front concerts. Rocky coves ideal for snorkelling within walking distance. Beauvallon golf course ( relatively flat) at 2km. Ste Maxime (hilly) at 10 km.
St Endreol, a lovely course, at 30 mins by car. (Courses 50-68 euros per round).
Bridge club and tennis club at 800m on sea front with views of St Tropez and both welcome English visitors.
