Very Beautiful Provencal Style 85 sqm villa with private garden located inside a private residential & forested estate with stunning sea view, private beach access, 3 shared tennis courts, large shared swimming pool (25 meters long), and pool house bar/restaurant. Very convenient for families, very safe area, lots of entertainment proposed for kids

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

The French Riviera has one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez is particularly stunning. The climate is warm and sunny June through August, ranging from 27C to 35C, making this an ideal getaway.

Saint-Tropez itself is only a short drive (approx 15km) away and the charming village of Grimaud is also very close. Further afield but easily accessible you have the cosmopolitan cities of Cannes and Nice with many small villages along the way.

The Ste Maxime / Domaine des Collines de Guerrevieille area

Ste Maxime is a lovely town by the sea facing Saint-Tropez on the other side of the bay. The villa is within a private residential estate in a very beautiful and tranquil forested area offering you peace and security. The nearest shops and restaurants are about 15/20 minutes by car.

Once you get here you may never want to leave as it offers you the privilege of private access to a gorgeous sandy beach with direct view over St Tropez bay area and the village, just outside the private estate within 5 mins distance by car from the location of the villa.

“Excellent stay in wonderful Ste Maxime” Compact hiloday home on high class estate with a superb club house, pool and supervision for children. The club house wifi is not good, they need to sort that out it's 2011! The villa is delightful. And the owner very helpful.
