Sainte Maxime is a small harbour town in the beautiful surroundings of the Côte D'Azur with the reputed resort of St Tropez situated across the bay.
The apartment is private in a gated residence with its own pool and managed gardens. The location in the residence is on the upper hillside with a fantastic panoramic view of the Gulf and the hilly landscape.
The apartment is a modern size one bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen. It has air conditioning (cooling and heating). The accommodation is ideal for couples or very small families. Travel cot and high chair available.

The apartment is to be cleaned and left in the same condition as when handed over at the beginning of your stay. Any breakage must be paid for or replaced with the same quality as what was broken.
Preferred arrival and depart days, Sat to Sat , vacated by 10am on the day of departure and arrivals not before 4pm.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £ 300 required within 4 weeks before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee (non-refundable) due at the time of booking, the remaining fee is due within 4 weeks before arrival. Full rate is required for late bookings, 4 weeks or less at the time of booking.
One week stay = 7 nights stay

The region of Provence is situated between the Mediterranean cost and the Alps. It is a stunning place offering a variety of events. If you want to experience the amazing hilly nature you can see the Gorges du Verdon in the northern parts of the region. If you like sea adventures you can take a ferry from the harbour of St Tropez and visit the amazing islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros south of the coastline of Toulon, Hyères and La Croix-Valmer.
And other pleasantries such as skiing in the Alps, visiting glamorous places like St Tropez, Monaco, Nice and Cannes. Or, close trips in the landscape to small French villages full of eccentricity.
The Ste Maxime area
This little coast town is an ideal place for family life. Like many seasonal resorts in the coastal part of Provence you can just walk around in the narrow streets of the old town and in the harbour area. You will find numerous bars, restaurants, catering for all tastes. And the never ending shopping opportunities, like on every Friday morning, there is the local market in the town square with lots of bargains.

By air: One hour drive from either Toulon or Nice Cote D'Azur airport. Many regular or low cost airlines fly to Toulon or Nice. All major car rental companies are available.
By train: SNCF trains operate between the town of St Raphael, where connecting bus service runs from outside the train station to the tourist office at the Ste Maxime town.
By car: From the Nice and Toulon airport straight onto A8 motorway. When you reach to junction no 36, after 5o minutes approx, you turn onto the D25 and following this road 15 miles approx until you come to a roundabout and a large shopping centre. This is the beginning of Ste Maxime town.
You continue straight over the next two roundabouts which is a duel carriageway. Go back on yourself on the third roundabout and the Ste Maxime Park is 100 yards on your right. There is a security gate. You will be given the code prior to arrival. At the arrival there will be "meet and greet" proceedings and the apartment key will be handed over to you. In advance you can talk to English-speaking representative over telephone.

This apartment was in a delightful environment in the hills, close to Ste Maxime, very quiet with a very pleasant outlook towards St. Tropez. It was very well equipped in a tasteful manner and is an excellent location for couples or young families. There is an on site swimming pool and sunbathing area which together with the landscaping were all very well kept. I would thoroughly recommend this property for anyone who wants a very relaxing break in this beautiful part of the world. |
