About the home

Charming detached house located in the middle of Stavanger, only 5 minutes walk from the town centre is available to rent on a self-catering basis. It is situated in a quiet street only 200 metres from the harbour and ferry terminal were you can take a boat trip to exciting and beautiful places in Ryfylke. It is possible to park your car in the area outside the house, but a parking permit is required.

The house is fully modernised with new paint and wooden floors throughout the entire house. The house is of high standard and is decorated in a fresh, bright and modern style. The total size is 100 m² (1 sq m approx. = 10 sq ft).

Entrance/Hallway: Downstairs toilet and stairs leading to first floor. Entrance into main living area.

For bookings 7-13 days 5% discount apply

For booking 14 or more days 10% discount apply

Payment: We accept payment by bank transfer into our Norwegian or UK accounts or via paypal (4% extra for this method to cover fees). We will issue an invoice if required. Payment should reach us no later than 15 days prior to arrival.

Deposit: A 30% deposit must be paid to secure your booking.

Extras:

We provide one set of bed linen and towels per person per stay and final cleaning in the rental. Free baby cot or high chair if required. Free broadband wireless internet access.

Parking:

Parking is restricted to residents only, but daily parking permits can be purchased from Stavanger Parking or from owner by prior notice.

Use of property:

No part of the property shall be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. Illegal or commercial activity is strictly forbidden. No more than the agreed numbers of persons are to be accommodated at the property.
