Situated in picturesque Perthshire this luxurious but comfortable 4 bedroom steading conversion sits in a peaceful setting on the banks of the River Tay. Luxuriously appointed throughout to provide contemporary but comfortable accommodation this family home is ideal for extended families and groups of friends seeking a central base for exploring Scotland.
With plentiful parking available, Easter Nether Benchil is a warm and welcoming family home on 2 storeys. Downstairs boasts a large, bright kitchen/dining/lounge area where guests can relax and watch the progress of the River Tay from the picture window. For those who may wish some quiet to read or watch television there is a comfortable and contemporary circular lounge with polished wood floors and leather sofas. There is a cloakroom toilet, storage facilities and a beautiful double bedroom with a king size bed and en suite facilities with a double shower.
Climb the wooden staircase and you are taken to another 3 bright and airy bedrooms. The largest room has a double bed with en suite and double shower and there are 2 twin bedrooms which are served by a family bathroom with a large bath and double shower. From upstairs you can look down onto a flat grassy area where children can play. There are a selection of bicycles for children and toys in the storage units in the kitchen.

Easter Nether Benchil is perfectly positioned if you want to fish salmon and grilse, situated as we are on the banks of the Lower Tay between Luncarty and Stanley. The Upper Redgorten Beath and bothy can be accessed directly from the house, just a 2 minute walk down a short path.
If you are more inclined to play golf we are only 1 hour from the championship course at St Andrews and 25 minutes from Gleneagles. There are a variety of famous and beautiful golf courses in Dunkeld, Pitlochry, Crieff and Blairgowrie.
The house is ideally located for walking amongst some of the most picturesque scenery in Scotland. You can walk along the riverside to the pretty village of Stanley which houses the historic Stanley Mills museum. The small town of Dunkeld, just a 10 minute drive away, offers riverside and woodland walks and a selection of shops, bars, inns and restaurants. Discover Dunkeld cathedral and Europe's oldest tree, the famous Birnam Oak immortalised in Shakespeare's Macbeth. Perthshire is perfect for an oudoor pursuits holiday with fantastic scenery on the doorstep for walkers, birdwatchers and cyclists, and excellent opportunities for shooting, fishing and golf.
For children there is Perth Leisure Centre and Noah's - which has go carts and a bowling alley. Closer to home at Stanley is the ever popular Acitve Kids.
Picturesque Perthshire boasts some of the most fantastic scenery in Scotland and we are ideally located for visiting Pitlochry, Dunkeld, Crieff and the highlands.
