"Comfortable small cottage in excellent location."

Cottage just as advertised, though perhaps a bit limited in terms of kitchen ware if staying for longer. The owner was on holiday when we stayed, with there being no alternative contact for us to lia… More

quite amazing that guests who dont even know me are prepared to decide that i am on holiday during their stay ,unfortunately some of us have to go to work in order to pay the mortgage, rates, electric and heating etc otherwise there would not be a cottage to hire for their HOLIDAYS.when bookings are accepted each holidaymaker is supplied with an email address and mobile number in case of problems.i pride myself on ensuring holidaymakers are well catered for and should there be any problems whatsoever they would receive an immediate is grossly unfair to write reviews which are untrue.i sincerely hope you had a good holiday whilst i was working

"Too cold in Winter"

upon the arrival of all holidaymakers i make myself known to the clients and tell them that if they have any problems to tell me as i only live next door and will help in anyway i no complaint about the heating situation was mentioned i find this review was unfair .as for the noise the cottage was booked over the new year period with lots of visitors coming and going into the village perhaps a more remote cottage would have been more suitable.
